Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy explains the policies that apply to order cancellations, damaged or incorrect shipments, replacements, returns, and refunds for products purchased from Zyphera Labs.

1. GENERAL POLICY
Due to the nature of research compounds and the importance of maintaining product integrity, storage conditions, handling standards, and chain of custody, products generally cannot be returned after they have been shipped.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Zyphera Labs as soon as possible.
Orders may be canceled before shipment if fulfillment has not yet been completed. Once an order has been processed for shipment or transferred to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If an eligible order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially inconsistent with your order, contact Zyphera Labs promptly at support@zypheralabs.us.
Please include your order information and, when applicable, photographs or other information reasonably necessary for us to evaluate the issue.
After reviewing the circumstances, Zyphera Labs may provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
4. RETURNS
Because research compounds may be sensitive to storage, temperature, contamination, tampering, handling, or other conditions after shipment, we generally do not accept returns of products once they have left our custody.
Do not ship any product back to Zyphera Labs unless you have received prior authorization and return instructions from our team.
Any exception to this policy will be determined by Zyphera Labs based on the circumstances and applicable law.
5. REFUNDS
Refunds may be issued when Zyphera Labs determines that a refund is appropriate, including for eligible canceled orders, verified fulfillment errors, damaged shipments, or other circumstances determined on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Zyphera Labs or otherwise required by applicable law.
6. REPLACEMENTS
When appropriate, Zyphera Labs may offer a replacement instead of a refund for a product that arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially inconsistent with the order.
Replacement eligibility will be determined after review of the circumstances and any supporting information reasonably requested by Zyphera Labs.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If tracking information indicates that a shipment has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and Zyphera Labs promptly so the circumstances can be reviewed.
Zyphera Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, carrier disruptions, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
